This week, I participated in the first of many Michigan Republican Gubernatorial debates, and I made it clear how we get our state back on track after Gretchen Whitmer’s failed tenure. 

Michigan needs to start attracting people again, not driving them away. That means lowering taxes and cutting regulations, not handing out taxpayer-funded “incentives” to big corporations. 

Let’s be honest… governors and legislators don’t have the skills to pick winners and losers.  Only the free market can do that. It’s time we END that broken system. 

Here’s the truth: I’m the only candidate in this race who has proven I can win statewide, and I did it TWICE in Democrat dominated years. I’m also LEADING every other Republican in fundraising. 

I have a record of winning, and one I will stand on, defending Michigan against Government overreach. One question at the debate was about fighting to unlock Michigan, and I want you to find my record of fighting the Whitmer administration's COVID Mandates HERE.

And while I was on stage making my case to voters, John James didn’t even show up, most likely since he can’t defend his record.

We’re not going to grow Michigan by electing people who don’t show up for work, or by sending politicians to Lansing who abandon President Trump’s majority in the House

It’s time for leadership that shows up, stands up, and fights for Michigan’s future.
